Specifications include, but are not limited to: BID ALTERNATE 1 – ADD: Renovation/reconstruction/relocation of four (4) sand bunkers with liner (6,000 SF), and appropriate removal of turf for work area 12,000 SF of disturbance), earthworks, shaping and finish grading, and re-grassing (sod) of all disturbed areas on hole’s 1 – 3. Renovation/reconstruction/addition/relocation and demo of existing tees – a total of twelve (12) revised tees (15,000 SF of teeing surface and 25,000 SF of total disturbance), and appropriate removal of turf for work area, earthworks, shaping and finish grading, and regrassing (sod) of all disturbed areas on hole’s 1 – 3. $ BID ALTERNATE #3 ADD: Add four (4”) inch gravel base for concrete cart path, includes excavation to account for additional depth and subgrade prep. Bid Alternate #4 DEDUCT: Replacing the two concrete cart path sections (5 green to 3rd tee on #7 & 12 green through 13 tees) with asphalt path per these Details and Specifications, including, materials, and installation and appropriate disposal of existing asphalt/gravel path and removal of turf for work area, earthworks, shaping, subgrade prep and finish grading, and regrassing of all disturbed areas. Bid Alternate #5 DEDUCT: Deduct all concrete cart path installation and materials costs, including demo of existing cart path as located on the 100% Construction Documents.
