Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Length Inside—Twenty (20) feet minimum. ________________________________ 2. Width Inside—Ninety-two (92) inches minimum. ________________________________ 3. Height Inside—Floor to top of rail, Sixty (60) inches minimum. ________________________________ 4. The container main rails shall be 6" x 2" x 0.250 (1/4") tubing with a 36 ½ " inside dimension designed to fit those trucks being used at the present time fitted with Huge Haul, K-Pac and Galbreath Tilt Frame System. ________________________________ 5. The two main rails shall be tubing with each end boxed. ________________________________ 6. Floor joists or cross members shall be 3" x 2" x 0.188 (3/16") tubing on twenty-four (24) inch centers. ________________________________ 7. Floor Material shall be a minimum of 3/16" steel plate formed longitudinally to cap and reinforce the floor joists or cross members. ________________________________ 8. Studs—All walls (front and side) and tailgate shall have studs of 3" x 2" x 0.188 (3/16") tubing on twentyfour (24) inch centers. ________________________________ 9. Front End Wall Materials—Twelve (12) gauge steel minimum with 4" x 2" x 0.188 (3/16") top rail tubing and 3" x 2" x 0.188 (3/16") bottom rail tubing. 10. Side Wall Materials—Twelve (12) gauge steel minimum. Each side wall shall slope inward at the bottom—8" x 8" chamfer. Top rail shall be 4" x 2" x 0.188 (3/16") tubing and the bottom rail shall be 3" x 2" x 0.188 (3/16") tubing.
