Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contracted School Mental Health Project Specialists (“Specialists”) to be provided by the successful Firm will promote and enhance the overall academic mission of THE DISTRICT by coordinating services that address student mental health barriers to learning and strengthen home/school/community partnerships. These Specialists will collaborate with the District’s building level staff and with community agencies to support the implementation of Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (“ESSER”) funded mental health supports, including but not limited to: suicide prevention, supportive response team, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support for Behavior (MTSS-B), mental health literacy, and a universal behavioral/emotional health screener, all in accordance with the detailed itemization of the scope of Services found under the heading “Proposed Scope of Services and Contract Requirements” below, the District's policies and procedures, and all applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations.
