Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Student organization/club registration 2 Attendance tracking 3 Assessment/data collection 4 Online event registration 5 Easy online form development 6 Email/Social Media Integration/Campus-wide communication 7 Scan QR codes for event check-in 8 Self-contained websites for student clubs/organizations 9 Event calendar 10 Co-curricular transcripts 11 Ability to build a portfolio/career management 12 Ticket Purchasing 13 Event management/reservations 14 Integration with Banner, Handshake, Canvas, and EMS 15 Ability to upload all document types including media files 16 Ability to send out individual or batch/listserv E-mail messages 17 Must integrate with Ellucian / Banner platform. Ideally, integration would be real-time and automated using Banner API’s or other automated method 18 Must integrate with planned platform: Data Warehouse. 19 Must integrate with planned platform: Customer Relationship Management system (or provide Customer Relationship Management functionality in proposed system) 20 Data access must be accomplished using the Microsoft Office Suite of tools, including Access, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products
