Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project will remove the two utility poles in approximately mid-block of 5th Avenue between Lacey Street and Cushman Street. The project will relocate the necessary utilities to remove the poles. Additional utility work is eligible for relocation, and some utility work is scheduled to be constructed in conjunction with the project as betterments. The location of utility poles at the signalized intersections will not be modified. The following electrical engineering support for the project is anticipated, see attached schematic: • (1) Size new transformer • (2) Size new primary from line to transformer • (3) Size new secondary from Trans to parking lot panel • (4) Size new secondary to Carnahan building • (5) Size new secondary to radio station • (6) Reconfigure existing parking lot/lighting panel • (7) Reconfigure existing Carnahan aerial service to underground • (8) Reconfigure existing Radio aerial service to underground • (9A)/(9B) Review concept and provide the temporary power plan to turn off the power during construction in the existing ductbank. • Review existing FNSB School District parking lot head bolt heater breaker panel, advise on work needed and provide design if necessary. • For relocation of power from overhead feed to underground feed, provide service entrance details. • Provide marked-up drawings for City to incorporate in ACAD construction plans.
