Specifications include, but are not limited to: Interactive Panel 4.1.1 Clear Touch is the only model that will be considered (No Substitution). 4.1.2 At any time during the contract period, should the manufacturer replace the current model with a newer model, the awarded vendor shall immediately notify the CCSD Procurement Department. If acceptable to CCSD, the vendor must provide the newer model at the same or lower price. 4.1.3 Panels must include a Display Remote Management System to manage all displays remotely and must be all-inclusive for the life of the panel without renewal costs. 4.1.4 Provide wall-mounted solutions to include non-adjustable and adjustable wall mounts. 4.1.5 Provide mobile solutions to include mobile stands with adjustable height options. 4.1.6 Provide a connectivity solution of the interactive panel to the teacher docking station/laptop. 4.2 Document Camera 4.2.1 Document camera minimum specifications must include LED lighting, autofocus, and must be able to annotate over a live image. Vendor shall specify the manufacturer and model on the Cost Proposal Form. 4.2.2 Document camera must integrate with Newline interactive equipment to enhance the interactive classroom instruction. 4.2.3 At any time during the contract period, should the manufacturer replace the current model with a newer model, the awarded vendor shall immediately notify the CCSD Procurement Department.
