Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Eddy (the County) on behalf of the Eddy County Fire and Rescue Department, seeks sealed proposals from qualified companies that can do business in the State of New Mexico to provide gym facilities and services to all Eddy County Fire and Rescue employee including all volunteers. The successful offeror will provide services for the County as outlined in the Scope of Work and as otherwise negotiated in contract. It is anticipated that this RFP may be awarded to multiple offerors, The County reserves the right to issue multiple contracts/agreements, to establish a redundant source of service, to ensure that the required services are performed in a timely manner and also to award to only one offeror if that offeror is determined to be the most qualified and as is in the best interest of the County.
