Specifications include, but are not limited to: •The Contractor will furnish all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, labor, andother services necessary for the construction and completion of the Projectdescribed herein.•The Contractor will commence the work required by the Contract Documents andwill complete the project by a date determined after bids are opened.•The Contractor agrees to perform all work described in the Contract Documentsand comply with the terms therein for the unit prices as shown in the costproposals.•The Owner will pay to the Contractor in the manner and at such times as set forthin the Contract Documents in such amounts as required by the ContractDocuments.•The Owner may at its sole option add more light fixtures to be retrofitted withLEDs. The Owner would consult with the Contractor to set a schedule for theadded fixtures. The Owner will pay for the additional work using the unit prices asbid or as agreed to under this agreement, unless otherwise agreed-to
