The project includes adding a Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB) at Locust Grove Road and Time Zone Drive; removing and replacing the existing bridges over the Nine Mile Creek Lateral and Ten Mike Creek; constructing a multi-use path on both sides of Locust Grove Road; and abandoning existing and constructing new water and sewer mains and services, and fiber optic conduit/boxes.
