Bidders, or bidders together with their subcontractors, must be able to provide all the services listed below. Together with OSIT Digital Equity Director and other digital equity staff and contractors, provide input on an outreach and engagement strategy that reaches all 8 covered populations identified in the Digital Equity Act in all 17 counties of Nevada. Participate in-person in stakeholder outreach and engagement. Support meeting facilitation and data gathering. In consultation with OSIT, write the Statewide Five-Year Digital Equity Action Plan required by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Provide drafts to OSIT and make revisions as necessary. While NTIA provides states with one year to complete the plan, OSIT hopes to have the plan complete in about 270 days in order to align with the State’s BEAD plan.
