Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Body is to be installed on a 2022 Ford F-550 super cab, one hundred ninety-two (192) inch wheelbase, eight-four (84) inch C/A, dual rear wheel, and must meet the minimum following specifications. 1. Make & model – Knapheide PGNC series or equal. 2. Body to be painted with a durable oven baked finish, white in color. 3. Body floor is to be constructed out of Twelve (12) gauge tread plate with six (6) inch structural channel long sills. 4. Twelve (12) gauge formed cross sills, spaced on sixteen (16) inch centers. 5. Under-the-floor gooseneck hitch system with a two and five sixteenths (2 5/16) inch ball hitch installed. 6. Hitch must be rated at thirty thousand (30,000) pound gross trailer weight with five thousand (5,000) pound tongue weight. 7. Integrated class V receiver hitch rated at twelve thousand (12,000) pounds. 8. Safety chain attachment points and seven (7) way trailer plug included in gooseneck box and at receiver hitch. 9. Must have hinged access door to cover gooseneck hitch when not in use. 10. Rub rails to be installed on both sides of platform for cargo tie downs. 11. Internal stake pockets lining both sides and rear of the platform. 12. Bulkhead – formed, integrated bulkhead with screened visibility window tapered to conform to cab contours. 13. Skirted gooseneck styling with integrated front and rear of the wheel well side toolbox compartments. 14. Integrated driver side fuel fill cup. 15. Compartment doors – double shell, made from twenty (20) gauge, two-sided A-40 Galvanneal steel. 16. Compartment latches – automotive quality, paddle activated rotary style latch with locking mechanism. 17. Internal latch covers to protect the internal latch mechanism from damage. 18. Hinges – continuous stainless-steel hinges, pry and corrosion resistant. 19. Double-spring over-center retainer on vertical compartment doors to eliminate involuntary swing. 20. Adjustable security ring strikers. 21. Triple contact neoprene door seals. 22. Mud flaps installed on flatbed body. 23. Lighting – bulkhead and rear skirt integrated LED lighting with S/T/T and B/U installed with built in reflectivity. 24. All marker, clearance and I.D. lighting are to be LED.
