Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Winooski, Vermont (VT) Community Services Department is requesting proposals for a 15-passenger van with accessories; All transportation costs and final delivery of completed unit to the City of Winooski shall be included in the quotation price. All equipment shall be brand new and the latest type available. It is the understanding of the City of Winooski that any manufacturer that meets the minimum specifications may submit a bid. 1. Vendor shall include with their proposal the latest printed specifications and advertising literature on the unit they propose to furnish, along with copies of warranty information. 2. Prompt delivery of the selected vehicle is essential. Submitter shall indicate on the proposal the certified delivery date. 3. All standard manufacturer’s accessories and features not in conflict with this specification shall be furnished, mounted, and ready to operate. 4. Unit shall be lubed, serviced, and ready to operate upon delivery. 5. Vehicle must be completely State of Vermont inspected and serviced by the vendor prior to delivery, including front end alignment and balancing all wheel and tire units. 6. Manufacturer’s standard warranty to be furnished with the vehicle. 7. Destination and delivery to be included in the overall price. 8. Van currently on the vendors lot with variations to the options below may be considered. 9. Exterior Items: a. Interval wipers. b. Spare tire and wheel. c. Single sliding side door with identified handicap accessible handles, bars, running boards and accessories to provide easy access into and out of the van. d. Trailer towing package to include wiring harness, frame mounted hitch receiver, tow/haul mode, rear-view camera. e. Preferred color to be white. 10. Body Style and Interior Items: a. 14 passenger plus 1 driver (15 total passengers). b. Standard all season tires with one full-size spare mounted tire on rim. c. Power front windows and locks. d. Vehicle manufacturer’s standard instrumentation and coolant temperature, oil pressure, and charge system gauges (if not standard) e. Power long-arm swing-in side view mirrors. f. Cruise control. g. Air conditioning and heating at dashboard console and for cabin comfort. h. AM/FM radio with USB and Audio connection. i. Privacy glass (optional). j. All weather vinyl, rubber or carpet flooring (all flooring options may be considered if van is a stock item on vendor lot).
