Specifications include, but are not limited to: All windows listed in this RFP as shown in Attachment “A” shall be cleaned as noted. Garages shall be cleaned inside and outside quarterly. Windows at the Municipal Complex shall be cleaned annually, on the outside only. The windows shall be left clean, without streaks, films, deposits, and shall have a uniform bright appearance. Glass washing shall be done with water and the necessary equipment to remove all dirt, grease, or stains and shall be left dry. The use of ammonia or other cleaning agents shall be allowed in the solution with the water, but only materials that are not injurious to paint, building, concrete, or roof surfaces will be allowed. All work shall be done in a professional manner. Premises in the vicinity of the work shall be left clean and dry. The Contractor is to clean excess cleaning solution and leave window ledge and sills clean and dry. Each area shall be inspected and accepted by the City before considered complete for payment.
