Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The target system must be an all-wheel drive moving target system. 2. The target system must be able to turn three hundred sixty (360) degrees on its own radius. 3. The target system must have wireless control of freewheeling or track mounted target with a minimum effective line of site range of one thousand (1,000) feet. 4. The target system must be able to reach a speed of up to ten (10) feet per second. 5. The target system must be able to move at variable forward, pause, and reverse speed control. 6. The target system must be low profile and compact to be able to be utilized in multiple capacities, including but not limited to, off-road and all terrain surfaces, around vehicles, inside live fire shoot houses, etc. 7. The target system must be portable, i.e., easily loadable into a flatbed or a box truck. 8. The target system must be equipped with rechargeable and replaceable batteries. 9. The target system must have a reactive target function, which must: a. Be able to sense and count the number of shots that hit the target. b. Allow user to program target system to stop robot or drop the target based on an adjustable number of shots on target. 10. The target system must be able to withstand thirty (30) caliber rounds.
