Specifications include, but are not limited to: North Dakota State College of Science is seeking a Contractor to furnish labor & materials for required electrical work for the NDSCS Campus. a) Work shall be scheduled as budget allows or need requires. Volume is not guaranteed. b) A pre-construction meeting may be required with an NDSCS Representative prior to start of work. c) NDSCS will review starting and completion dates for each project with Contractor. d) Work schedule must be coordinated around NDSCS’s major events. e) The award of bid may hinge on Contractor’s commitment to comply with NDSCS schedules. f) In the event of schedule conflicts on a specific job, NDSCS may need to work with other Contractors. g) Bid price shall extend through the ensuing school year for emergency work. 4. Conditions. a) Work must be inspected by an NDSCS Representative. b) All work should be performed in a neat and workman like manner. Any, and all cleanup of debris and material is the responsibility of the awarded Contractor. Any security clearance or other procedures to follow will be arranged with NDSCS Facilities Management. c) Contractor may use the facilities’ restrooms, provided cleanliness is maintained. d) Work to be performed during normal working hours (7:45 AM – 4:45 PM) Monday – Friday. Extended work hours must be approved by an NDSCS Representative. e) Before starting any project, Contractor must inform NDSCS personnel that they have arrived on campus
