Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor to remove existing roof. B. Remove all dry rot sheeting and replace with like material. (Estimate at bid walk) C. Supply and install over existing solid deck, one layer of 1/4” Securock protection board, or equivalent. D. Install 60 mil single ply roofing membrane with new pipe boots. E. Repair and reinforce all pipes, vents, equipment, platforms, etc. throughout the roofing system. F. Properly reinforce all internal drains, as needed, to promote proper slope and drainage. G. Contractor shall supply and install 5-1/2” seamless gutters and three (3) bend downspouts, paint to best match existing gutters, downspouts. H. Replace all metal flashings, paint to best match existing flashing. I. New roofing materials must be able to withstand wind gusts of up to 60 mph. Roof to be installed per manufacturer’s guidelines. J. Work will be conducted in a manner which is the least disruptive to the site occupants. K. Workers will keep the job site and premises clean and free from debris. L. Haul away all debris caused by the above work and dispose of according to code and industry standard. M. All products and installation must meet American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) guidelines. N. Provide a five (5) year no dollar limit workmanship guarantee and a 20-year manufacture warranty on the new roofing materials.
