Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Idaho Department of Fish and Game is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to provide a Truck Service Body. The Body must be the latest model of the manufacturer's current standard production, as offered to commercial trade. Though they are not specifically covered herein, all parts necessary to provide complete and functional Body must be furnished. All parts must conform in design, strength, quality of materials, and workmanship to current engineering practices and accepted standards of the industry. The Body is to be installed on a 2022 Ford F-550 crew cab, two hundred and three (203) inch wheelbase, eighty-four (84) inch C/A and must meet the minimum following specifications. Make & model – Knapheide six hundred (600) series- or equal. Body is to be one hundred thirty-three and one quarter (133.25) inches in length, forty (40) inches in height with a fifty-four (54) inch floor and twenty (20) inches in compartment depth. Body is to be painted white in color. Must be constructed at minimum with corrosion resistant A-40 galvannealed steel, fourteen (14) gauge body shell. Compartment configuration - one (1) horizontal compartment above each wheel well with one (1) vertical compartment in front of the body and one (1) compartment at the rear of the body. Compartment doors – double shell, made from twenty (20) gauge, two-sided A-40 Galvanneal steel. Compartment latches – automotive quality, paddle activated rotary style latch with locking mechanism, or equal. Internal latch covers to protect the internal latch mechanism from damage. Compartment Shelves – two hundred and fifty (250) pound capacity divider shelves with divider slots on four (4) inch centers or equal. Hinges – Continuous stainless-steel hinges, pry and corrosion resistant. Double-spring Over-center retainer on vertical compartment doors to eliminate involuntary swing. Adjustable security ring strikers or equal. Triple contact neoprene door seals or equal. Slam-Lock tailgate with one-hand center release, or equal. Mud flaps installed on service body. Curtis seven (7) pin connector, or equal. Utility rack, twenty-four (24) inches in height, forklift loadable with one thousand (1000) pound capacity to be installed on service body, painted white to match. Knapheide Knaplined Galva-Grip bumper with hitch recess installed, or equal. Receiver hitch to be installed with a twelve thousand (12,000) pound trailer weight capacity and a twenty-four hundred (2,400) pound tongue weight capacity. Receiver hitch to have a seven (7) way trailer plug installed. Lighting – LED lighting with S/T/T and B/U installed with built in reflectivity. OEM back up camera to be installed during installation of body.
