The CC is planning to make system-wide technological enhancements to improve the quality of transit service and customer information as well as its operational efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction by deploying Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) technologies on fixedroute and paratransit services. The CC is planning to make system-wide technological enhancements to improve the quality of transit service and customer information as well as its operational efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction by deploying Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) technologies on fixedroute and paratransit services. These technologies shall provide real-time route and vehicle information via an interface to passengers, dispatchers, and supervisory personnel.
