Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be performed under this Contract includes improvements on multiple streets in the Town of Laughlin, in Clark County, Nevada. Subdivisions included in the Work are Villa Bonita, Cielo De Azul, Laughlin Estates, Cottage Hill, Terrace, Canyon Rim, El Mirage Estates, and El Mirage Park. The Work will generally consist of improvements including sidewalk ramp reconstruction to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) current standards, utility adjustments, pavement reconstruction efforts including removal and replacement of base material in areas, removal and replacement of plantmix bituminous surface in areas, removal and replacement of damaged sidewalk and curb and gutter, permanent sign replacements, and other necessary appurtenances required to make a good, complete, and serviceable project.
