Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement of the existing HVAC system that serves the aquarium life support room. Interior air handler and exterior condensing unit shall be replaced with an exterior ground mounted packaged unit, ducted to the interior through the adjacent wall. Interior insulated ductwork and grilles shall also be replaced with materials that shall better withstand the corrosive environment ; 1. Removal of existing electrical equipment, wiring, and conduit in areas to be remodeled; removal of designated construction; dismantling, cutting and alterations for completion of the Work. 2. Disposal of materials. 3. Storage of removed materials. 4. Identification of utilities. 5. Salvaged items. 6. Protection of items to remain. 7. Relocate existing equipment to accommodate construction.
