Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor must work with the MIECHV Program staff to develop a schedule for virtual Reflective Supervision consulting sessions and Reflective Supervision training to all MIECHV designated EBHV programs across Idaho. The Contractor must: 1. Participate in at least one (1) virtual meeting with MIECHV Program staff to discuss the specific needs of each EBHV program within thirty (30) days of Contract execution. 2. Provide the MIECHV Program with a primary contact and notify the program thirty (30) days prior to any key personnel changes; 3. Ensure that an adequately credentialed Reflective Supervision facilitator step in to maintain services in any event that may prevent the initial facilitator from providing services themselves. 4. Ensure that individuals who provide Reflective Supervision and fiscal administration participate in meetings via remote technologies, including but not limited to quarterly check-in calls regarding Contract activities as mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Department. 5. Ensure that policies and procedures are in place for a system of administration and for the provision of Reflective Supervision consultation and training and provide them to the Department upon request.
