Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded Bidder will provide periodic courier services to the Court locations attached hereto as Appendix F and incorporated herein by reference. The items to be picked up by the awarded Bidder and delivered to TD Bank include, but are not limited to, legal currency, checks, file boxes, and postal/intercompany mail. A pick-up consists of the following steps to be completed by the awarded Bidder: Going to a unique Court location (whether in a separate building or a separate physical location within the same building) each State of Maine business day. Signing the court courier log for each box, package, and/or deposit bag or bags, and, Delivering the items picked up to the designated unique location(s) using time guidelines provided. Time is of the essence both with respect to pick-up and delivery. Confidential information may be obtained in the course of providing courier services. All envelopes and other types of containers may not be opened by the awarded Bidder and all confidential information must be kept strictly confidential. The awarded Bidder will be responsible for providing, at its sole expense, all necessary equipment, including motor vehicle transportation and courier personnel needed to perform the courier services required by the contract resulting from this RFP.
