Specifications include, but are not limited to: RIAC is seeking proposals from firms to serve as On Call Airport Financial Consultant, to assist on an as-needed basis at Rhode Island T.F. Green Airport and the five general aviation airports. The On Call Airport Financial Consultant will work closely with RIAC representatives, Bond Counsel, Financial Advisor, General Counsel and others and are expected to provide the following services on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to: 1.
