The "Project" of which the "Work" of this Contract is a part, is titled HPMS Athletic Storage Building And Gym Storefront for Kerrville ISD and is composed of an unconditioned storage building and an aluminum storefront for HPMS Area G and related site work located in Kerrville, Texas. 2. The "Work" of this Contract is titled HPMS Athletic Storage Building And Gym Storefront and is defined in the Contract Documents to include, but not necessarily to be limited to: a. Athletic Storage Building by track and field and aluminum storefront in Area G at Hal Peterson Middle School campus, including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general construction work for the following campus: i. Hal Peterson Middle School; 3175 Loop 534, Kerrville, TX 78028
