Specifications include, but are not limited to: FMD has received funding to design a new Executive Office Building with underground parking in downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico. The site will be located in the north half of the block between Don Gaspar Avenue and Galisteo Street just south of South Capitol Place. The scope of work will include but not necessarily be limited to full basic architectural/engineering services. Full Basic Services will include: Programming (with site investigation), Schematic Design (preliminary alternative materials and systems recommendations, including life cycle maintenance briefing and feasibility of utilizing alternative energy sources), Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, Construction Administration, Project Closeout and 11 Month Warranty Inspection. Construction administration will include a minimum of weekly project site meetings and inspection. Project closeout services will include one design process analysis meeting to assess implementation of sustainable design and construction requirements into the project and review any lessons learned from the overall effort. In addition, as-needed additional services may include, but are not limited to: Demolition Plan. City of Santa Fe Historical Review Board (HRB) meetings and design approvals for the new building as well as for demolition. Site investigations for soil testing, utility locations, topographical survey. All furniture, fixtures and equipment design. CID Plan review fees.
