All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Hydraulic Analysis, Utility Coordination, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking, Title Research if these work-types become necessary) Design and Plans Development and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations. INDOT will provide any Land Acquisition Services should they be required. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
