Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm shall perform Project Scoping Services on an as-needed basis for the LaPorte District. Scoping services for other districts may also be assigned. These services may include any or all of the following services: Preliminary Engineering Assessment/Alternative Analysis, Traffic Data Collection, Traffic Forecasting, Complex Traffic Capacity and Operations Analysis, Traffic Safety Analysis, Route and Topographic Survey, and Small Structure Inspection Services. The firm should have experience addressing environmental issues and also in preparing traffic, road and/or bridge design concepts as they may be asked to provide these services during the course of this contract. The Engineering Assessment may be in the form of a full report in accordance with INDOT's Engineering Assessment Manual, an Abbreviated Engineering Assessment Report or a summary report of data collected.
