Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove and replace low sloped roof assemblies, approximately 102,822 square feet. o 95,199 square feet of Insulation Panel-EPDM Roofing (IRMA), and o 7,623 square feet of EPDM roofing assemblies. • Restore approximately 27,810 square feet of EPDM roofing • Existing Building Code Considerations: This scope of work may be considered up to a Level 3 alteration per the IEBC, to be determined by design consultant. • Provide minimum roof slopes per ASD Design Guidelines B3000-Roofing where possible but if ASD Design guidelines cannot be met the minimum slope must meet codes. • Increase the height of the parapets as required. • Parapet heights may be affected by new roof slope and assembly requirements. Renew or replace existing parapets as needed. • Identify locations for fall protection at roofs where the roof drains distance to parapet less than 6 feet and where ladders at different roof heights 6 feet or higher. • Upgrade existing roof curbs to meet current OSHA, building code standards, or for Be000 Roofing Guidelines. • Minimize scuppers at parapets for large size roof areas, provide new combined roof drains and overflow drains system. • Remove and replace three damaged louvers on roof V2. Repaint or repair the rest of unsounded louvers at roofs B and V2. • Total existing parapet length approximately 4,436 feet. Total parapet length on replacement roofs approximately 3,426 feet. • Identify, and repair caulking or façade deficiencies along parapet, canopies, walls, and soffit. • Replace roof drains in areas where the roof is being replaced. • Repair or replace the roof drainage system as required where the roofing is being replaced. The system shall be videographed in its entirety as part of the design process. • Provide roof rain leaders connecting to underground storm water pipes, manholes, or catch basins and relative site conditions. • Verify condition of existing dry wells, catch basins, and manholes
