Specifications include, but are not limited to: An executive search firm from qualified OFFERORS to provide services to identify and recruit qualified candidates for the position of Dean of the College of Pharmacy of the University of Rhode Island. The search committee for the Dean of Pharmacy is seeking a consultant who can assist with the search by doing the following tasks, at the discretion of the search committee, in an efficient and timely manner: ⮚ Organize the search process ⮚ Coordinate and moderate public forums throughout the state before finalizing a position profile ⮚ Identify and attract a strong and diverse candidate pool ⮚ Develop an appropriate preliminary screening process ⮚ Assist in the identification of a short list of candidates ⮚ Work with the search committee to reduce the short list to the finalists ⮚ Check the references for the finalists ⮚ Maintain the confidentiality of the process ⮚ Provide necessary follow-up and concluding activities ⮚ Advise on all aspects of the search
