Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock has issued the following bid solicitation to companies who are authorized to do business in the State of Arkansas and who are qualified to provide the following products and/or services: Emergency Residential Demolition. The City of Little Rock Board of Directors has authorized the emergency removal of deteriorated/dilapidated structures from within the city limits. These structures are unsafe and dangerous thereby endangering the community and neighborhoods surrounding them. In many cases, these dwellings and/or structures are in an advanced state of deterioration that occupancy cannot be permitted. The owners of these properties have received proper legal notice to either rehabilitate or remove the structures themselves. Whereas these boarded structures located within the City of Little Rock may present structural, fire and health hazards and are dangerous to the health and safety of citizens within the vicinity or those lawfully passing by
