Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for an independent program evaluation leading to recommendations for program/contract changes to be included in the RFP for the Wisconsin Works (W-2) Program in the next iteration of the contract scheduled to begin January 1, 2025, RFP development, and RFP implementation services for W-2 Program. The Contractor awarded through this solicitation will be ineligible to bid on the W-2 Program RFP set to begin January 1, 2025, that is part of the work product resulting from this procurement . The State as represented by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) intends to use the results of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a contract for an independent contractor to conduct a three-phase project.
