This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13, format prescribed in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06. Request for Quote (RFQ) - Maine Army National Guard (MEARNG) 133rd Engineer Battalion requires portable shower facilities with adequate power generation, grey and fresh water refill/disposal, and associated services. Solicitation W912R1-21-Q-0001 is issued as a RFQ. This requirement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 562991. The small business size standard is $8 million.
Under CLIN 0001 Contractor shall provide self-contained shower trailer(s) consisting of a minimum (10) ten shower stalls delivered and maintained at the one location (55 Pelkey Rd, Chester ME) to include all necessary labor, materials, transportation, planning, administration, and management to assure that all services comply with drop off, pick up, clean, pump out gray water and refill fresh water storage tank every two days at one location or as situation dictates. The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Maine has issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under W912JD-19-Q-0J9X. The Govermnent intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order as a result of this RFQ.. Offerors shall submit quote on ALL CLINS for a Firm-Fixed Price. Additionally, offerors shall round quote to the nearest dollar and cent. The Government intends to award a contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
