Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide access to investigative and locate services tools, including, but not limited to, database and public records search tools that allow users to search for individuals based on name, date of birth, address, social security number, phone number(s), etc. and receive comprehensive reports that provides the following information (when available) on each individual searched for: a. Marriage, death, and birth dates b. DMV records, including driver’s license information and vehicle registration(s) c. All available government and public record search results d. Summary of possible relatives e. Summary of neighbors f. Summary of known and possible associates g. Listings of properties and assets h. Criminal records i. Employment j. Current address k. Past addresses l. Ability to search by address and get listing of who else lives at the address m. Social security number searches n. Phone number information – real time, current o. Utilities information p. Social Media analytics q. Records outside of Vermont r. Court searches s. Fish and Wildlife records t. Real Time Incarceration and Arrest (RTIA) u. Professional Licenses information v. NPI - National Provider Identifier w. Identification Confirmation Sources – e.g., utility Service / Functionality Needs: a. Ability to pull reports b. Ability to get usage reports by user c. Provision of ongoing training and technical assistance support
