Specifications include, but are not limited to: Preparation and Installation: • Remove all roofing material down to decking. • Fasten down polyisocyanurate foam insulation. • Install wood nailer to height of insulation • Recover with Genflex E.P.D.M .060 membrane fully adhered according to manufacturer’s specifications. • All flashings and edgework to be done to manufacturers specifications, including pipe boots when needed. • Install new edge metal. • Inspect Decking for integrity • Repair any concrete joints, seams or cracks prior to installing insulation. • For any wood decking replace any rotted or substandard decking prior to installing insulation • Clean and legally remove all outside job-related debris. The jobsite will be kept orderly and safe and a final complete clean-up will be done at the completion of the job. • Provide standard manufacturer’s warranty. • Provide building permit, if required. • Maintain required levels of workers compensation and general liability insurance. • Additional Work (cost plus) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ANY ADDITIONAL WORK TAKE PLACE WITHOUT THE OWNER’S AUTHORIZATION
