Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Demolition of existing timber dock to accommodate a temporary spud barge and access for work • Demolition of the existing ore loader superstructure (needed to accommodate larger ships) • Installation of two new dolphins at the north end of the ore dock • Possible installation of a new dolphin in 100 feet of water at the south end of the dock • Relocation of a catwalks to access the new dolphins • Installation of piles to reinforce existing dolphins • Installation of a temporary barge held with guide piles ‒ Installation of pile hoops onto the barge ‒ Installation of safety handrails on the barge • Installation of gangway for pedestrian traffic from a barge to an existing dock • Fabrication and installation of a new bollard on existing ore loader support platform • Installation of capstans at new and existing dolphins ‒ Including electrical work to feed power to capstans • Possible reinforcement of existing deep-water dolphins by installing additional piles • Possible pick up and delivery of MOS procured items in the Seattle area including: ‒ Piles, Fenders and Capstans
