Colored fluorescent fibers incorporated into the paper but only visible under ultraviolet light from both sides of the sheet. Each sheet to contain a fourdrinier true watermark incorporated into the paper at time of manufacture and that is clearly visible from both sides of the paper. Holography: A steel engraved, laser safe, hologram hot stamped onto document to make removal or alteration impossible. Engraving will be unique to New Mexico and easily identifiable when tilting oblique angles. Secure imagery of the word SAFE plus a lock and key within security foil also containing covert and embedded microtext which is less than 1/10th of the size of standard 1pt microtext contained on document face. This hologram will also be private and only available to the manufacturer applying the hologram. Generic security foils sold to numerous manufacturers are not acceptable. No recycled paper allowed for this product. Inks and Compositions: Face: One color certificate border produced from engraved artwork (not to be confused with intaglio printing) giving a high resolution, fine line appearance. Border design, (provided by vendor but to be approved by NM MVD) may include latent image letters, micro-text and other security features; and permanent ink color to be determined after award of bid. Fluorescent, erasure sensitive prismatic tint covering entire field inside certificate border. Color complex to be determined after award of bid.
