Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of San Antonio is soliciting proposals for a qualified contractorsto furnish the necessary labor, m at eri al s, se rvice equipment, tools, supervision, supplies, transportation, method of communication, and service reports, to provide “on call” filter replacements, to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and HVAC supporting equipment through an on call contracting services (OCCS) contract, also referred to as job order contract (JOC) for the Building and Equipment Services De part ment (BESD), San Antonio Fire Department (SAFD), and the Convention and Sports Facilities (CSF) De part ment. The fi lte r re placement services are required to preserve the safety, reliability, and functionality of the equipment at the various City facilities.
