Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and travel / lodging cost to remove and demolish existing failed boiler (Boiler 1) and replace with DOC furnished DeDietrich GT-338-A cast-iron, oil-fired boiler. All appurtenances required for a complete and functional installation shall be provided by the contractor. Boiler shall be installed in accordance with manufacturers specifications. Factory start-up and commissioning of the new boiler will be provided by DOC. DOC will provide assistances with the onsite loader / operator to move the new boiler from wastewater treatment building to the remote maintenance building. DOC will also provide assistance to the contractor with the loader/operator to load demolished boiler onto contractor’s vehicle for disposal. DOC will not provide offsite assistance with loader/operator.
