Specifications include, but are not limited to: Passenger Transportation Only For Lot One, the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, is seeking to contract with vendor(s) capable of providing passenger transportation services from award through the full term of the contract. The contract(s) for each of these lots will be for the sole purpose of transporting passengers on marine charter vessels to the locations identified in Section 1.01. All trips will depart and terminate in either Whittier of Valdez with stops in other locations. No more than 50 pounds of Carry-on Luggage per passenger is acceptable. The Vessel Captain has the sole authority to reject any luggage that exceeds the per passenger limit as described in the previous sentence. Vehicle Transportation Only For Lot Two, the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, is seeking to contract with vendor(s) capable of providing vehicle transportation services from award through the full term of the contract.
