Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting bids to establish a contract for maintenance and support for an Agilent Model 7700 Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (ICP-MS), an Agilent ASX-500 Series Autosampler, an Agilent Heat Exchanger, an Edwards E2M18 Vacuum Pump, and ICP-MS Mass Hunter Workstation operating software. 4.1.1.1 Vendor must use genuine replacement parts for any repair. 4.1.1.2 Telephone support for hardware or software problems will be provided at no additional cost 4.1.1.3 Vendor must provide unlimited onsite repair visits. 4.1.1.4 All parts and consumables necessary for any repair or service must be included at no additional cost. 4.1.1.5 Vendor must provide all upgrades, revisions, and troubleshooting for the “ICP-MS Mass Hunter Workstation” Software. 4.1.1.6 Vendor must provide one (1) annual onsite Preventive Maintenance visit for the Mass Spectrometer, Autosampler, Heat Exchanger, Vacuum Pump, and the software. All parts and consumables used for the preventive maintenance shall be included at no additional cost. At a minimum, the following preventive maintenance shall be performed: 4.1.1.6.1 Vendor must provide a general inspection of the complete system. 4.1.1.6.2 System must be cleaned, including fans and vent covers 4.1.1.6.3 Must perform pump maintenance, including replacement of oil mist filter. Must drain and replace mechanical pump oil and verify proper pump operation. 4.1.1.6.4 Must remove and clean surfaces of the ion lens. 4.1.1.6.5 Must sonicate ion lens parts.
