Required spaces are one private office, one office for Shipping & Receiving, a work room (with up to three work spaces and room to store building plans), and a lounge (cabinets, sink, countertop space for microwave, refrigerator and a sitting space). 2. Upgrade existing light fixture with new LED fixtures (one for one). 3. Patch and paint interior walls. 4. Replace existing overhead bay doors (2). 5. Replace exterior metal doors (3). 6. New ADA ramp entrance to building. 7. Maintenance existing gas heaters (4) that are suspended from structure. 8. Maintenance existing evaporative coolers (4) located on the rooftop. These units service the open bays. 9. New package unit to service the new office spaces and restrooms. 10. Life Safety (Upgrades to fire alarm system) 11. Patch and paint exterior walls. 12. New Upright compressor with dedicated area for accessories.
