Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Install Owner furnished equipment as indicated in the Contract Documents. - Install and furnish equipment as indicated in the Contract Documents. - Fire rate existing Node Room 103A. - Demolish existing ductwork in Node Room 103A. - Demolish and install doors and door hardware as indicated in the Contract Documents. - Install chilled water supply and return piping from pumps in the basement to the cooling distribution unit (CDU) in Node Room 103A. - Refer to Contract Documents on Owner provided and installed equipment, Owner provided equipment but contractor installed, and Contractor provided equipment and installed scope of work. - Refer to Contract Documents for required Construction Phasing. Contractor responsible for phasing details and construction methods but general requirements and scoping is provided. - Contractor will assist with commissioning and start-up as defined in the Contract Documents.
