Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove and replace with same or approved equal. ONE existing installed oil-fired garage unit heater and single wall flue. Existing unit heater being replaced is as follows. • Jackson-Church model OL-280-HB23 oil fired, forced air furnace. • 3 phase, 120/208v. • 2.0 gph nozzle. • Output BTU is approximately 224,000. • Perform start up and commissioning with FPH Maintenance present and the manufacturer representative or other approved technician. Start up to include tuning/adjusting air, fuel, and flue for proper operation. • Startup report to be supplied to Project Manager. • Contractor will provide 1 hours initial onsite instruction/orientation after installation is complete. • Parts warranty one year. • Labor warranty one year.
