Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Elko is currently soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultants for Construction Testing and Inspection services for projects related to the construction, maintenance, and installation of any City infrastructure for fiscal year 2022/2023 and 2023/2024. The goal of the City is to have a short list of competent and qualified firms for City Staff to be able to select for any associated infrastructure testing projects throughout the City. Professional services for upcoming projects may include, but are not limited to: roadway rehabilitation; construction of new roadways; water, sewer, and storm drain infrastructure installation; mass grading; and representation at all project meetings.
