Compatible and comparable battery – as an option $ $ 1. Work shall be performed by technicians with training and experience working on a 9395 Eaton UPS. 2. Contractor will furnish their staff with all the necessary tools and equipment to perform job assignments as described by the State. 3. Contractor will dispose of used batteries in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. 4. Contractor will be responsible for receiving and storing the batteries until the date of installation. 5. Contractor will ensure the entire UPS system is fully functioning (i.e. no errors or alarms, including proprietary code and/or middleware) after all the batteries are replaced. 6. Contractor will be responsible for contacting Eaton and coordinating any troubleshooting efforts. 7. Contractor agrees that they are responsible for any associated costs if Eaton is needed to troubleshoot and/or fix any issues arising out of the battery replacement. 8. The batteries have a 3 year warranty. 9. Contractor will warrant all work for 30 days.
