Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1.1 Contractor(s) will be required to provide all labor, tools and equipment necessary, excluding water, to thoroughly clean, by means of pressure washing, the following areas: a. Exterior concrete skirt of both north and south bleachers (excludes the undersides). b. Interior concrete skirt of both north and south bleachers (excludes the undersides). c. Walkways leading into, up to and from both north and south bleachers. d. Stairs and stairwells leading into, up to and from both north and south bleachers. e. Aluminum benches, back supports, and brackets supporting both benches and backs. f. Exterior walls of locker rooms, concessions stands, restrooms, storage rooms, and office. g. All walkways, ramps, handrails, stairs, walls, press boxes, and fixtures. h. Top and underneath the seats, risers, stairs and inside walls. 4.1.1.2 Pressure washing activities must be completed in a way that does not interfere with scheduled practices, games and events. This schedule is subject to change due to post-season play for the schools. A current schedule of games and events will be provided to the Contractor prior to commencement of work. Standard hours of operation, on non-event days, is 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (EST). Adjusted times can be discussed with the Stadium Manager. 4.1.1.3 Contractors shall have the technical knowledge to support correct application of pressure and any chemicals used in the pressure washing and window cleaning processes 4.1.1.4 Contractor shall only use biodegradable and non-toxic products during its operation clean the aforementioned areas. Products shall be non-harmful to plants, grass, turf field, and rubber track. All chemical containers and residual contained chemicals will be the responsibility of the awarded Contractor. No chemicals of any type shall be disposed of at or on County property. 4.1.1.5 Contractor shall remove mildew, gum, candy and other foreign debris with chemical soak and high-pressure rinse. 4.1.1.6 Brush cleaning and low pressure cleaning shall be used if necessary to avoid damage to particular building exteriors.
