The follow are the minimal requirements that must be meet: Service Station Portable Break Room • Minimum of 400 sq. ft., Maximum of 600 sq. ft. • No plumbing needed. • No restrooms needed • Require HVAC for cold and heat climate control, Require connections to power (will need 240 Volt, 120-125-amp breaker single phase connection above ground to building electrically wired separate circuits (GFI plugs) to handle up to two vending machines, two microwaves, commercial coffee pot maker and one refrigerator. Work station countertop for two computers to be wired with fiber optics • Kitchen cabinets and countertop for 2 microwaves, coffee maker, and storage • Door entries must meet ADA requirements, with ADA approved ramps • Two entry/ exit doors
