Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation and materials necessary to install an HVAC Control system. All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) this Statement of Work (SOW) and associated specifications and drawings. All work shall also be performed IAW with international, federal, state, local building codes, and the most current Unified Facilities Codes (UFC’s). The control system is to have the following salient characteristics: C.2.1. Replace the 38 Fan Powered Box (FPB) Controls compatible with Distech BACnet Variable Air Volume (VAV) Controllers. C.2.2. Replace 38 existing wall sensors utilizing existing wiring and locations. C.2.3. Install Supply Air (SA) sensors in Air Handling Unit (AHU) 2 and 3. C.2.4. Install CTs for fan monitoring and heat status in each VAV (38 total). C.2.5. Install controllers for AHUs 2, 3 and boiler. C.2.6. Install a monitor on boiler that allows for remote reset compatible with controller. C.2.7. Update NIAGARA system graphics with floor plans and VAV controllers. C.2.8. Integrate so that existing NIAGARA system works with newly installed equipment as one system, including the existing chiller, chiller pump and AHUs 1, 4 and 5 controls already on NIAGARA. C.2.9. Create linear set points so that system will control chiller and boiler off system demand. C.2.10. Provide customer’s maintenance personnel with four (4) hours of training on system. Coordinate with maintenance personnel to arrange training content.
