Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hancock County Commission is taking bids for improvements to the Park Pavilion located next to the Dog Park at Gas Valley Road, New Cumberland, WV 26047. • Shall provide any/all appropriate licenses and insurance information to the County. • Shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, water, safety equipment, transportation, etc. for proper execution and completion of all work. • To provide direct contact information for the work crew and/or their supervisor to the Hancock County Commission or designee. • Always protect the county’s property. • All work crew members shall be required to always wear appropriate safety equipment. • Protect workmen, pedestrians, and employees at all times using scaffolding, barricades, signs, etc. • Service provider shall be responsible for any injuries to provider’s staff or damage to any county owned property or equipment. • Shall provide separate bids if bidding on more than one part of the project. Replace all 16 posts with 6”x6” by 8’ tall and propose protective covering to prevent post rot and add a decorative element. If painting, must use paint or stain similar to the existing brown shade Existing metal brackets that connect the top of the post to the pavilion roof are in reusable condition and may be reused if painted with a rust resistant paint. Currently, a 60amp service that runs from the street thru conduit underground to the service box mounted on the pavilion. We are seeking to upgrade to A 200 AMP service and add additional receptacles, currently there are 2 and we would like to add a receptacle on every other pavilion post. Currently there are fluorescent light fixtures, we would like to upgrade to LED lighting.
