Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP seeks service fees and costs associated with seven aspects of the City of Concord’s Solid Waste Management Program. This includes: • Curbside Collection, which includes solid waste and recycling collection • Containerized Collections for multifamily Municipal and Public-School properties • Recyclable Processing • Transportation of Solid Waste to the Disposal Destination (if required) • Downtown Solid Waste Removal District, which includes solid waste and recycling collection • Leaf and Yard Waste Collections • Transfer Station Operation The City has issued a separate RFP for disposal of solid waste at a fully compliant facility in regards to all state and federal regulations.
